Google API Limited Use and Google User Data

Yousaf Jamal Collection uses Google OAuth and the Google People API only for an internal admin feature that syncs YJC customer records with the authorized admin’s Google Contacts account.

The Google user data accessed or processed may include Google Contacts contact records, contact names, phone numbers, labels/groups, and metadata needed to create, update, label, and maintain contacts. This access is used only to provide and maintain the internal Google Contacts sync functionality for Yousaf Jamal Collection.

Yousaf Jamal Collection does not sell Google user data. Yousaf Jamal Collection does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or training AI models. Yousaf Jamal Collection does not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide, secure, or maintain this Google Contacts sync functionality.

YJC’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google OAuth tokens and synced contact records are protected using HTTPS, WordPress admin access controls, authorized admin-only access, server-side storage, and normal website security protections.

Google user data is retained only as long as needed to provide and maintain the Google Contacts sync functionality, comply with business/legal requirements, or support customer/order records. If Google access is disconnected, no further Google Contacts sync will occur. Customers may request correction or deletion of their personal information using the contact details below.
