WhatsApp Opt-Out / Customer Number Removal
Yousaf Jamal Collection ("YJC") uses WhatsApp mainly for order-related service messages. These messages may include order confirmation, payment updates, shipment tracking, delivery updates, return/exchange support, and customer service follow-up.
If you do not want to receive WhatsApp messages from YJC, you can request opt-out or customer number removal.
How to Opt Out
Send an email to sales@yjc.com.pk with:
- Your full name
- Your WhatsApp/mobile number
- Your order number, if available
- A short message saying: "Please remove my number from YJC WhatsApp messages."

What We Will Do
After receiving your request, YJC will review the provided phone number and remove or suppress it from WhatsApp messaging records where possible, so you do not receive WhatsApp messages from us for that number.
Processing Time
We normally process opt-out/removal requests within 7 working days.
Important Order Note
If you place a new order later and provide the same or another phone number again, we may contact you about that new order because the number was provided again for order handling and delivery support.
Non-WhatsApp Communication
Opting out of WhatsApp does not stop communication that may be required through phone call, email, courier, payment, legal, accounting, or customer support channels for active orders, disputes, returns, exchanges, or required business records.
