Delivery charges Rs 200 for Bakery Category in all over Pakistan. Urgent delivery would charge extra if any item needed on same day at certain time in Rawalpindi / Islamabad only. If your bakery category order value is above PKR 5000 so you are eligible for Free Shipping Nationwide. COD & NON-COD Items
Bakery category products are on COD basis. Machinery, Crockery and Janitorial categories products are NON-COD based they should be purchase through cash transfer or after a physical visit on our shop. Which is shown on Google Maps on “YJC” name Rawalpindi & Islamabad Customer. Crockery category items can be ship on customer’s risk if requested incase of damage of Crockery it will be not refund or exchange of damage Crockery items. Crockery, Machinery, Hotel ware & Janitorial category items can be deliver on advance payment basis and delivery charges may vary according to the size of parcel. 

Ordering Policy
Mostly our orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, however delivery may take up to 6-8 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by our customer support via telephonic conversation or email. Please note that the above-mentioned delivery timings are estimated and not guaranteed. Some cities deliveries are depend on the weather condition.  

Order Cancellation
If you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know within 4 working hours after placing the order by contacting our customer support or via email.

Damages Claim
In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us within 6 working hours after delivery to claim or an exchange for your purchased product. Crockery category products are not included in damages claim if order through COD. Crockery products can only sent on party risk otherwise Crockery items are not included in COD it can be purchase by physical visit to our display center. The same product will be delivered at the mentioned address by means of our free home delivery service. Any claim after the mentioned time frame, will not be entertained.

Order Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order has been delivered to you, but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 6 working hours after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:

• Incorrect article quantity.
• Whole Design difference from the displayed product.
• Size and dimensions of the article has some huge differences.

For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. Refunds may take up to 12 to 15 working days to process. YJC shall refund you your amount through bank procedure, after deducting 3.5% bank charges, which may take up to 15 working days. Please note the refund amount will be transferred after deducting any delivery costs that YJC has incurred.
If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement product, as well as the item to be exchanged, will be borne by the customer Or you can come to YJC outlet with the original invoice of the order.
The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories. If the packaging is torn or product is damage so the product will never exchange.
