Delivery charges for Bakery category only is Rs 200 in all over Pakistan & above Rs 5000 Shopping delivery will be free for only bakery category not for other categories. If urgent delivery needed in Rawalpindi or Islamabad so it will be charged extra as per distance from Saddar, Rawalpindi even if it is bakery category or if any item needed on same day at certain time.

Whipping Creams can only deliverable for Rawalpindi / Islamabad. The delivery time will start after 8:30 pm. Whipping creams are freezed and it should be deliver within 2 hours after taking out from freezer so we can deliver whipping creams in only Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Delivery charges of whipping cream may vary from Saddar to any place in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. 

If your bakery category order value is above PKR 5000 so you are eligible for Free Shipping Nationwide. (Terms & Condition Apply) *Some items may be charged extra shipping fees due to their big size & heavy weight in Kg’s for example Pans, Lifters, Fondant, Chocolates & Whisk etc. etc.

COD & NON-COD Items
Bakery, hotelware, confectionery and Air Fresheners and some dispensers products are on COD basis but delivery charges may vary according to the volume and weight of the shipments.

Machinery, Crockery and Janitorial Dustbins products are NON-COD based they should be purchase through cash transfer or after a physical visit on our shop. Which is shown on Google Maps on “YJC” name Rawalpindi & Islamabad Customer.

Crockery category items can be ship on customer’s risk if requested incase of damage of Crockery will be not refundable or exchange of damage.

Crockery, Machinery, Hotel ware & Janitorial Dustbins items can be deliver on advance payment basis and delivery charges may vary according to the size of parcel and the delivery charges will be paid by customer. 

Dustbins will be deliver through local truck stands or Asia Cargo the transportation damage is not YJC responsibility it will be claim on transport company at the time of shipment receiving from transport company. It will not replaceable by YJC.

Transportation damage is not YJC responsibility if any product in any category purchased by YJC so YJC will not responsible for transportation damage. We will dispatch the product perfectly after our quality check department inspection. If their is any manufactured fault found in any product will be replaceable but the damage through local transportation will not responsible by YJC.

Ordering Policy
Mostly our orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, however delivery may take up to 6-8 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by our customer support via telephonic conversation or email. Please note that the above-mentioned delivery timings are estimated and not guaranteed. Some cities deliveries are depend on the weather condition.  

Order Cancellation
If you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know within 4 working hours after placing the order by contacting our customer support or via email.

Damages Claim
Crockery category products are not included in damages claim if order through COD. Crockery products can only sent on party risk otherwise Crockery items are not included in COD it can be purchase by physical visit to our display center. 

Order Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order has been delivered to you, but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 6 working hours after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:

• Incorrect article quantity.
• Whole Design difference from the displayed product.
• Size and dimensions of the article has some huge differences.

For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. Refunds may take up to 12 to 15 working days to process. YJC shall refund you your amount through bank procedure, after deducting 3.5% bank charges, which may take up to 15 working days. Please note the refund amount will be transferred after deducting any delivery costs that YJC has incurred.
If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement product, as well as the item to be exchanged, will be borne by the customer Or you can come to YJC outlet with the original invoice of the order.
The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories. If the packaging is torn or product is damage so the product will never exchange.
